This secure portal is used to collect and manage candidate information as part of the Selah & Stone Research screening process. If you have received a link from our firm, please use it to access your personalized form.

All personal information you submit is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Your data is never stored in plain text.

How It Works

Your employer or contracting organization has engaged our firm to conduct a background screening. You will receive a secure, one-time link via email to complete your candidate form.

Time-Sensitive Access

Candidate form links expire within 3 days of issuance for your security. If your link has expired, please contact your employer or the firm directly for a new link.

Confidential Process

Only authorized research personnel at Selah & Stone Research handle your information. We do not share your data with third parties beyond the scope of the engagement.

🛡 Your Privacy & Rights

  • Your personal information, including Social Security Number, is encrypted using AES-256-GCM and is only accessible to authorized researchers assigned to your engagement.
  • Information is collected solely for the purpose of conducting the background screening requested by your employer or contracting organization.
  • Your data is stored on secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure with strict access controls and audit logging.
  • Sensitive identifiers are masked after submission and cannot be viewed again in their entirety by any user, including staff.
  • We retain your information only for the duration required to complete the screening and fulfill any legal retention obligations.
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Notice: Where applicable, background screenings conducted by Selah & Stone Research comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You have the right to receive a copy of any consumer report prepared about you, to dispute inaccurate information, and to be notified if information in your report is used in an adverse employment decision. A full Summary of Your Rights Under the FCRA is provided during the candidate form process for applicable engagements.
